The scumbag politician formerly known as “Hillary” was in my area yesterday. While this would ordinarily mean exactly squat to me, she stepped over that line of common decency and dared to invoke the I35W bridge collapse in her speech.
Eh?
Had she told the truth as reported by the NTSB, it wouldn’t be a big deal; however we know the Senator better than that, and she went the wrong way. She took the “the bridge collapse is due to our neglect…” route, which roughly translates to the “you don’t pay enough in taxes to support my ridiculous entitlement programs and bridge maintenance.”
Do these people know no shame? It’s bad enough that local scum continues to ride on the backs of dead people to push for higher taxes – no we have a presidential candidate doing it to!
I have a new dem slogan for the 2008 presidential race:
“Submit to crippling taxes or it will be your fault that people die.”
Was this before or after she dropped the line about “forced enrollment” and “wage garnishment” to support her socialized health “care” system? Yeah, that will do the minimum wage slaves a lot of good, just hand them a “pay” stub, as that’s all they’ll have after all the deductions for this program and that program.
I’m with Deaconblue. I saw that headline and almost threw up. Get used to it though since the new liberal attack is as bad as the old. The guilt and feeling mantra will be well worn during the 2008-2012 era of Neo-Carteresque National Malaise.btw Ryan did you get the email answer ?
I wonder how many of the “damaged” bridges we have nation wide that are non union? I am guessing very few. Food for thought.

Hillary, and those like her, have no soul. They look gleefully at death, suffering, and tragedy as a way to keep pushing their agenda forward.
